The added speed is delivered by the Speed Ring and Variable Face Thickness.  There’s an upgraded titanium Speed Ring that stabilizes the perimeter to produce maximum allowable speed in the center. The variable face thickness (VFT) preserves consistently fast ball speeds across the rest of the face.

The amazing and traditional look and sound is enabled by a reimagined ultra-lightweight design using a new Proprietary Matrix Polymer for the crown. The properties of this unique composite allow the designers and engineers to drive all the benefits of speed and forgiveness while creating a great sound.
